John J. Bonacic Scholarship for Public Service

The John J. Bonacic Scholarship for Public Service will be awarded to a June 2016 graduate from Sullivan, Orange, Ulster or Delaware counties who demonstrates good character and integrity, and who is planning to attend SUNY Sullivan full time for the 2016-17 academic year.
Applicant must demonstrate current participation in student government, involvement in community service organizations and/or volunteerism in school and/or community.
- Complete SUNY Sullivan Foundation Scholarship application.
- Submit a 250-word essay describing current participation in public service and how public service will be incorporated in your career goals.
- Include 2 letters of recommendation from people who can attest to applicant’s character, integrity, and level of involvement in community service.
Mail or drop off scholarship application by June 20 to:
