Friday nights were never so YUM! Join us this spring and summer in SUNY Sullivan's culinary kitchen for a fun-filled experience under the expert instruction of Chef Andy Yeomans! In these Friday evening sessions YOU become
the chef! These classes will provide the novice (and not-so-novice) home cook with hands-on participation in the preparation of mouth-watering dishes--ingredients provided for all classes. Students will eat what they cook.
Clean up is part of the insruction. Materials needed for each class: apron (optional), a paring knife, and an 8-inch chef's knife. Minimum 8 students. (SUNY Sullivan students FREE with valid ID.)

In this class, learn about some of the most fragrant and distinctive dishes in this country's rich and varied cuisine, emphasizing a riot of toasted spices. You'll learn all about the vegetables, seafood, and other featured
ingredients with a range of geographic and climatic origins, from hearty masalas to spicy curries to cooling raitas. Create a menu with items such as: pakoras, tamarind chutney, chana masala, chicken tikka masala, shrimp
curry, naan and pulao. Then cool off with mango lassis!

Tap classes are designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. In this class students will learn a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knees and ankles, coordination,
and speed of movement. The class emphasis is on developing proper tap technique, producing clear tap sounds, and having fun. Multi-ability and ages 15 and up are welcome.

This week-long theatre class is geared towards young children ages 7 to 12. It will give young students the unique opportunity to develop clear speech, fluent delivery and pleasing social skills. This program will help kids
find their confidence so that they will want to participate in all aspects of their lives such as asking questions, seeking answers and sharing information with others. Students will participate in many creative activities
including speech, creative movement, improvisation and short skits. Please have your child eat breakfast, send a mid-morning snack. Refrigeration will be available. Pick up is promptly ast noon.
