Position 1: Cook, Grill (full-time) 3 Openings. Various shifts available including evenings and weekends. Grill experience is preferred but not required.Responsibilities include:
  • Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with all guidelines and regulations
  • Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control
  • Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers
Position 2: Food Service Worker (full & part-time) 3 Openings. Various shifts available including evenings and weekends. Food service experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare, presents and serves food as needed
  • Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weighs and measures designated ingredients
  • Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards
  • Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control
Position 3: Cashier (full & part-time) 3 Openings. Various shifts available including evenings and weekends. Cashier experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include:
  • Performs cashiering duties, including making cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts and completing cash reports
  • May also perform general food service work
  • Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service and dining room facilities
Position 4: Dishwasher (full-time) 2 Openings. Various shifts available including evenings and weekends. Experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include:
  • Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary fashion
Position 5: Prep Cook (full-time) 3 Openings. Various shifts available including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include:
  • Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef
  • Prepares items on productions sheets following established quantities and recipes
  • Performs other duties as assigned
