Student Records/Application Specialist

SUNY Sullivan is seeking to fill the position of Student Records/Application Specialist in the Liberty Partnerships Program. This position reports to the LPP Director. This position provides clerical support to the Director and staff. This is a part-time, grant-funded position. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for special events.


  • Must be bi-lingual, English to Spanish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required, knowledge of Access preferred.
  • Previous office experience is desired.


  • Provide general clerical assistance for the Director and program staff
  • Create and maintain student files
  • Enter information in the program database
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Completing forms – Purchase Requests, Travel, Office Supplies, Key Requests, Facility Reservation Forms and others
  • Leads the development and management of the College’s annual budgets for and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses.
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Other tasks as needed
