SUNY Sullivan seeks applicants for a full-time tenure track faculty position in the Division of Liberal Arts, Sciences, and Health Sciences beginning fall 2023. Primary responsibilities will include teaching a combination of courses such as General Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Introduction to Counseling.
The ideal candidate will have two or more years teaching experience preferably at the Community College level. Master’s Degree required; Ph.D. and CASAC a plus. Applicants must have completed both general and advanced courses in Psychology.
Job Duties:
- Teach a minimum of 15 contact hours per semester.
- Hold appropriate office hours.
- Serve as a faculty advisor for up to 25 students per semester as part of regular job duties.
- Take part, as needed, in typical activities of a full-time faculty member, including the following: developing and assessing curriculum, recruiting students, and attending division and faculty meetings.
