SUNY Sullivan welcomes adult learners who wish to begin or continue their education and who are looking for a distinctive community for their studies.

Our small-knit community can help ensure that you are connected to the advisors and support services you need to be successful, and to help you earn a degree for employment or for transfer. Whenever you have questions, we welcome you to contact our Admissions Office at (845) 434-5750 x4287.

Academic Programs

SUNY Sullivan has over 40 programs of study on our Loch Sheldrake campus. Adult students can pursue their studies either full-time or part-time, and many classes (and some degree programs) are even offered online.

Admissions Criteria

SUNY Sullivan has an “open” admission for all first time in college students (age 23 or older) not residing in Sullivan County. Individuals must meet basic Admission Criteria. The College reserves the right to look at other admissions criteria for out-of-county students.

Tuition and Affordability

SUNY Sullivan offers incredible value for all students, including those coming from a non-traditional background.

Senior citizens 60 years of age or older may register (as an Audit) for up to a maximum of 2 (two) courses per term, only on the day designated, on a space-available basis if all prerequisites have been met. No college credit is awarded. While no tuition is charged, course fees must be paid. For more information, contact the Office of Registration Services.
