Focus on strengthening and lengthening from the center out. Emphasis will be on moving functionally with attention on breath work, deep core activation, fluidity and detail of movement, control of the body, and a strong mind-body connection.
All levels of experience are welcome. Modifications will be offered to beginner students while more challenging options will be given for advanced students. This class will challenge you to stay engaged and listen to your body’s needs. Let’s move!
