Wednesday, August 7, 2019, 11:00am

President Jay Quaintance invites prospective students interested in beginning their college careers this fall to attend “Discover SUNY Sullivan Day” on Wednesday, August 7th. The day begins 11 a.m.

Discover SUNY Sullivan Day is an opportunity for students who are interested in enrolling at the college to visit the campus, learn about financial aid and the application processes, explore housing options, and hear about all the fun stuff going on outside of the classroom, including sports, activities and clubs.

Students who bring an official transcript will receive instant acceptance to the college. They can also take any required academic placement tests, and will leave with their fall schedule of classes.

Students who need a high school diploma are also invited to attend and learn about the college’s 24-credit hour high school equivalency program. This group includes home schooled students, students who have stopped attending high school, school-aged students who wish to attend college early, adults with a high school diploma that is not recognized by New York State, and adults without a high school diploma.

Discover SUNY Sullivan Day includes lunch, as well as a raffle where one lucky student who registers during Discover SUNY Sullivan Day will win free tuition for the upcoming year.

Reservations are required, and can be made by calling the Admissions Office at 845-434-5750, ext. 4287, or by completing the online registration form below. Fall classes begin August 26th.
