We associate coloring with children’s activities. But coloring can have benefits for adults too.
It’s a quiet activity that helps us to de-stress by focusing on the activity and not on the things that cause us anxiety and worry.
Draw and color a mandala as an easy relaxation technique
No need to bring anything with you. We’ll supply the paper and pencils and some soothing music to calm your mind.
