The Caregiver Resource Center (CRC) Program Coordinator for Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County will work under the direction and supervision of the Association Program Director. This position will provide organization, coordination, and management of all aspects of the assigned Caregiver Resource Center Programs, to include, but not be limited to: CRC group programming; caregiver support; CRC resource and referral; annual Senior Expo, annual Senior Safety Day; intergenerational initiatives like Building a Community Legacy Together; Tai Chi for Fall Prevention, Chronic Disease Self Management Program; and other Caregiver Educational Programs administered by Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County. The program coordinator provides educational opportunities for informal/unpaid caregivers and their families providing care to individuals who may be aging, frail, ill &/or disabled who may have limited mobility, or be home bound. Educational opportunities include roundtables, standalone workshops, and training series. This position will coordinate collaborations with the 4-H Youth Development Program and partner organizations for intergenerational activities, to include CRC participation at the Sullivan County Youth Fair, as part of the CCE Sullivan staff team. The position will be responsible for enhancing CRC Programs, resources, and collaborations including with the Sullivan County Office for the Aging, as well as providing guidance and oversight to CRC volunteers. Represents the Association to the public, community leaders, government officials, and Cornell University.

This is a part-time, 30 hours per week, benefits-eligible position. Compensation is paid at $20.92 per hour.
