SUNY Sullivan is pleased to offer non-credit Community Learning classes online. Currently all of these classes are being offered free of charge. All of these personal enrichment classes can be accessed through Zoom on your PC or laptop computer. participants will need to register and confirm their space. A Zoom invitation will be sent to participants 24-hours prior to the class. The Same link should be used for any classes with more than one session
Join Ramona Jan, skilled marionette maker and the founder of No Strings Attached Marionettes as she helps kids create fun and easy-to-make puppets from ordinary materials mostly found at home. Puppets will include; the Flying Dove, Pinster and Sock Face or spoon face. Ages 6-9 years old. Participants will need to have access to a printer to print puppet patterns. All patterns will be sent prior to classes. Workshop Supplies Needed: white card stock, safety pins, scissors, crayons or markers, transparent tape, wooden ice cream spoons, cupcake baking papers, color pencils or thin point markers, thin ribbons, string or yarn, bits of fabric and/or felt and Elmer’s glue. Parental assistance for these projects is required.
