Community Learning: September Strength Series Training Your Body and Your MindShare on Twitter!
Presented in partnership with Sullivan 180, The September Strength Series is a free Community Learning exercise class for individuals interested in training their bodies and minds. The course is taught by Maggi Fitzpatrick, owner of Calo Fitness and a Sullivan 180 Community Health Champion. The free, virtual series will consist of a 45 minute metabolic resistance training workout followed by a 15 minute lesson on a fitness-related topics. Metabolic resistance training is an efficient and effective way to get your strength training and cardio in one session. You’ll leave feeling strong, confident, and full of energy. Top it off with a little bit of new knowledge and you’ll be ready to take charge of your health!

About the Instructor:
Maggi Fitzpatrick has eight years of experience helping people optimize their health and fitness through exercise, nutrition, and mindset shifts. Maggi holds a bachelors degree in Clinical Exercise Science and has worked with all populations including collegiate athletes, cardiac rehabilitation patients, women during pregnancy and postpartum, the general population and more.
