We are excited to have you back on campus this Spring!

As you know from previous communication, ALL students with an on-campus presence are expected to provide proof of a negative COVID test to the Health Services office prior to your first time on campus for the Spring ’22 semester. Please submit proof of your negative test through our new tracking portal available here prior to your arrival.  

Failure to submit proof of a negative test may result in disciplinary action through the Dean of Students office. If you are concerned that you may not receive your results prior to your first on-campus class, please reach out to dean@sunysullivan.edu for further directions. 


As you may know, SUNY Sullivan has been designated as a testing site by the Governor’s office which is managed by Quadrant Biosciences. We are encouraging our students who have not yet made a testing appointment to utilize this service. Students are encouraged to make appointments for either Monday, January 24, or Tuesday, January 25 by clicking  
here to ensure results are back by your first on-campus class.


Mandatory weekly testing is in effect until further notice. Quadrant will be handling student testing Monday- Friday from 8:30- 4pm in the Paul Gerry Field House. To accomodate, evening testing will be offered on Tuesdays from 4:00-6:00pm in room J-021. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are testing each week. Test results or a testing confirmation should be uploaded to the portal each week in order to remain in compliance and avoid disciplinary action.


PLEASE NOTE:**The above information is for SUNY Sullivan Commuter students only. On-Campus Residents of the Lazarus Levine Residence Hall will receive communication from Associate Dean Waller-Frederick for the requirements of your return.
