FARM-TO-TABLE
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do at SUNY Sullivan and that includes the Culinary Institute. Our Farm-to-Table education incorporates Hope Farm, a 3-acre organic farm initiated in collaboration with SUNY Sullivan’s Sustainability Team. The farm produces food or the culinary curriculum through sustainable farming techniques that improve and protect the integrity of the earth and its inhabitants.
THE SUNY SULLIVAN BAKERY CAFÉ
Open each Wednesday morning during the fall semester to provide Culinary Arts students with baking, entrepreneurial, and customer service experience. The café is open to the community.
CULINARY DINNERS
Held in the college’s Grossinger Dining Room and prepared by Culinary Arts students, these restaurant experiences allow hospitality-related business owners to enjoy a three-course meal while identifying potential employees.
