High School Students

SUNY Sullivan welcomes applications from high school students either for a degree-seeking candidate or in one of our special programs designed for students currently enrolled in high school. We have multiple options for high school students interested in exploring SUNY Sullivan.

Want to enroll in college while still attending your high school?

Check out our concurrent enrollment or early admissions programs! Concurrent enrollment and early admission are opportunities for students presently attending an accredited public or private high school to enroll in courses offered by SUNY Sullivan while concurrently enrolled in high school. By participating in the programs, high schoolers can deepen their knowledge, hone their critical thinking abilities and gain the skills needed to excel in their future academic careers.

Interested in fully enrolling at SUNY Sullivan?

Try our Bridges Program! High school students meeting all minimum requirements for early admission and who have passing placement test scores may enroll at SUNY Sullivan either full- or part-time and kick-start their education.

Ready to pick up a few college credits while at school?

Our College in the High School program would be a good fit for you. Students who participate in this program take college courses at their local high school and receive college credits that may be used toward a college degree program. Grades earned will become part of students’ permanent college transcripts.

Interested in obtaining a high school equivalency diploma?

Enroll in one of our degree programs and earn a diploma after completing 24 college credits! To learn more, visit our Earn Your Diploma and College Credits page.

Want to become a full-time student at your local community college?

The Federal Government's Dual Enrollment Experience may be the right choice for you. Our Dual Enrollment experience can provide opportunities for students from low-income backgrounds to participate in dual enrollment and expand access to rigorous coursework. SUNY Sullivan is currently partnering with the local school districts of Fallsburg, Liberty and Monticello to bring this program to the students of Sullivan County.

Whether you wish to remain in high school while picking up college courses (on or off campus) or pursue early admission, SUNY Sullivan has a way for you to become a part of our campus community. To learn more about our Admissions processes and criteria, visit our High School Program Admissions page.
