EcoGreen Townhouses

The application for Fall 2024 housing will be available soon. Space is limited, so students should also consider alternate arrangements.

The EcoGreen Townhouses are located behind the residence hall. These three connected townhouses feature independent-style living with all the amenities you’ve come to expect.

• Spacious rooms with private closets
• Full size eat-in kitchens
• Living rooms
• Washer/dryer in each townhouse
• High-speed internet access

Occupancy

Standard occupancy is two students per room, but triples are available.

The EcoGreen Townhouses are co-ed; individual rooms within the townhouses are not co-ed.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must must maintain full-time student status and be registered for twelve (12) credits
• Must have and maintain a 2.5 GPA (new high school students must have an 80 overall HS GPA).
• Must be between the ages of 18-25. Anyone outside of this age range must contact the office of Residential Life for a review of their application.
• Must have fulfilled all prior financial obligations to the college and housing.
