Fall 2026 housing will open around April 20, 2026.

The following steps you will need to secure your room

Step 1. Apply and be accepted to SUNY Sullivan

• Once you apply, you will receive a temporary password. With the temporary password, you can log on to https://my.sunysullivan.edu If you receive the email after 12 hours, please email ithelpdesk@sunysullivan.edu

Step 2.  Complete your housing application

• Select one-stop
• Under one-stop, select online forms
• Select Fall 2026-Spring 2027 Housing Application
• Answer the requested questions
• Complete the address and emergency contact
• Make your nonrefundable housing application fee of $250 today to reserve your spot.

Step 4. Complete all Obligations

• Make sure you complete your FAFSA and TAP (if NYS resident) applications.
• Payment, including payment plans, must be in place by August 21, 2026
• NYS residents must submit their Certificate of Residency by August 21, 2026
• Submit your immunization requirements https://sunysullivan.edu/immunizations/
• Register as a matriculated student in at least 12 credits

Step 5.  Room Placement

Once students have satisfied all obligations, they will automatically be assigned their room.
