Yom Hashoah

On Wednesday, April 23, SUNY Sullivan will observe Yom HaShoah, Holocaust and Heroism Remembrance Day. The solemn day will begin at sundown and continue through nightfall on Thursday, April 24. This important commemoration will honor the memory of approximately six million Jews and five million others who perished in the Holocaust. As part of the observance, students and faculty will be invited to visit the Student Union to view meaningful artifacts from the Temple Sholom collection, offering a powerful reminder of history and resilience.
