The next meeting of the Academic and Financial Aid Appeals Committee will take place in January of 2017. All appeal forms and documentation must be received in the Financial Aid Office by Friday, January 6th, 2017.
Print the form entitled Academic and Financial Aid Appeal. Follow the instructions on the form. Documentation must be submitted to support your claims. Please mail your completed appeal form, typewritten letter of appeal, and copies of your documentation to the address at the bottom of the form. You will be notified in writing of the Committee’s decision.
