LPN to RN Program
Program Summary:
SUNY Sullivan’s Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to Registered Nurses (RNs) program provides with the opportunity to advance their careers. Designed for working professionals, the program builds upon existing nursing knowledge and experience, ensuring a seamless transition into the RN role. Through a combination of classroom instruction, clinical experiences, and hands-on lab simulations, students develop the skills and confidence necessary to excel in the nursing field.
The program allows eligible LPNs to challenge Nursing Fundamentals through an entrance exam, potentially earning credit for the course and accelerating their path to graduation. With a structured schedule that includes classes, labs, and clinical experiences held on select weekdays, students can effectively balance their education with professional and personal responsibilities.
