Fall 2025 housing will open around April 20, 2026.
Applications will be processed after the Spring 2026 SCCC Dormitory Corp meeting.
The following steps you will need to secure your room:
Step 1. Apply and be accepted to SUNY Sullivan
- Once you apply, you will receive a temporary password. With the temporary password, you can log on to https://my.sunysullivan.edu. If you do not receive the email after 12 hours, please email ithelpdesk@sunysullivan.edu
Step 2. Complete your housing application

- Select students
- Under students, select online forms
- Select Fall 2026-Spring 2027 Housing application
- Answer the requested questions
- Complete the address and emergency contact
- Make your nonrefundable housing application fee of $250 today to reserve your spot.
Step 4. Complete all Obligations
- Make sure you complete your FAFSA and TAP (if NYS resident) applications.
- Payment, including payment plans, must be in place by August 21, 2026
- NYS residents must submit their Certificate of Residency by August 21, 2026
- Submit your immunization requirements https://sunysullivan.edu/immunizations/
- Register as a matriculated student in at least 12 credits
Step 5. Room Placement
Once students have satisfied all obligations, they will automatically be assigned their room.
Requirements:
- Must maintain full-time student status and be registered for twelve (12) credits.
- Must have and maintain good academic standing.
- Students 18 years of age are eligible to apply for housing.
- Must have fulfilled all prior financial obligations to the college and housing.
