It's pretty. It's fun. Best of all, you can eat it! A cupcake bouquet is a wonderful gift or centerpiece and makes a delicious favor for any event. Learn the decorating techniques necessary to make mum, rose and hydrangea flower cupcakes. Each participant takes home their 7-cupcake bouquet to give as a gift or centerpiece or enjoy as dessert. All supplies are included. One decorator per bouquet. Students 13 years of age and up.

This course will cover key food safety areas for employees: Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross Contamination and Allergens, Time and Temperature and Cleaning and Sanitizing. At the end of the course, employees will be given a 40 question test-assessment to measure their knowledge and understanding of food safety. After taking the assessment, employees will receive a ServSafe® Foodhandler Certificate of Completion. Participants will be supplied with a ServSafe® Food handler training guide.

In this class participants will have the opportunity to work with the area's bountiful local ingredients to create sides and salads that highlight freshness and seasonality. Start from the basics with menu building, ingredient selection, and knife skills and finish with tasting, pairing, and plating. You will also learn where to shop for local ingredients and what produce is available throughout the year.
