Fall 2025 housing will open around May 12, 2025.

The following steps you will need to secure your room:

Step 1. Apply and be accepted to SUNY Sullivan

• Once you apply, you will receive a temporary password. With the temporary password, you can log on to https://my.sunysullivan.edu If you receive the email after 12 hours, please email ithelpdesk@sunysullivan.edu

Step 2.  Complete your housing application

Step 3.  Home | SUNY Sullivan Portal. My SUNY Sullivan portal

• Select one-stop
• Under one-stop, select online forms
• Select Fall 2025 -Spring 2026 Housing application
• Answer the requested questions
• Complete the address and emergency contact
• Pay your deposit of $250.00

Deposits are due:  June 16, 2025

Step 4. Complete all Obligations

• Make sure you complete your FAFSA and TAP (if NYS resident) applications.
• Payment, including payment plans, must be in place by August 15, 2025
• NYS residents must submit their Certificate of Residency by August 15, 2025
• Submit your immunization requirements https://sunysullivan.edu/immunizations/
• Register as a matriculated student in at least 12 credits

Step 5.  Room Placement

Once students have satisfied all obligations, they will automatically be assigned their room.
