Sponsorships Available for Four-Person Scramble Tournament at Swan Lake Golf & Country Club
The Sullivan County Community College Foundation is now accepting registrations and sponsorships for the 21st annual Sullivan Cup Golf Tournament, which takes place Sunday, June 5, at Swan Lake Golf & Country Club at 10 am. Proceeds from the annual Sullivan Cup tournament benefit scholarships for SUNY Sullivan athletes.
“We are so excited to bring back the Golf Tournament after a break during the pandemic!” said SUNY Sullivan President Jay Quaintance. “This great event helps us grow our outstanding athletics program with scholarships for our NJCAA Division II teams and support our SUNY Sullivan Generals as they excel on and off the court!”
The College is proud to offer 16 men’s and women’s athletic teams: NJCAA Division II men’s baseball (varsity and JV) and men’s and women’s basketball (varsity and JV), and NJCAA Division III men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s golf, men’s and women’s outdoor track, women’s volleyball, men’s wrestling, and co-ed cheerleading and ESports.
The Sullivan Cup is an 18-hole four-person scramble tournament and takes place June 5 at Swan Lake Golf & Country Club in Manorville, NY, with a 10 am shotgun start. The entry fee is $100 per golfer and includes golf, green fee, cart, lunch, post-round hors d’oeuvres, on-course refreshments, and gift. The tournament includes a 50-50 raffle and special prizes for top teams, longest drive, and closest to the pin.
