Who This Program Is For
Am I Eligible?
You may be eligible for SUNY ASAP if you:
- Are enrolled full-time (minimum 12 credits per semester)
- Are a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen (NYS DREAM Act students also eligible)
- Are eligible for in-state tuition
- Complete Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) applications
- Receive at least $1 of federal Pell or NYS grant aid (TAP or Excelsior)
- Have earned no more than 21 credits (excluding any earned while in high school) and hold a minimum 2.0 GPA
- Are not currently enrolled in EOP

Apply for admission to SUNY Sullivan.
Step 3
Complete FAFSA and TAP.
This is required for all ASAP students.
