Discover SUNY Sullivan Day offers prospective students the opportunity to see firsthand what makes SUNY Sullivan a great place to learn. The event includes campus tours, admissions presentations, and opportunities to speak with staff about financial aid and billing.

“Discover SUNY Sullivan Day is a great event for those considering attending college in the future who want to learn more about what we offer, how financial aid can help pay for college, and the steps required to enroll,” said Director of Recruiting & Admissions Christina Buckler. “Students who attend a community college can save thousands of dollars versus a private or public four-year university, and some students can attend SUNY Sullivan at no cost with the financial aid and scholarship opportunities available to them. Discover SUNY Sullivan Day is also a great opportunity to meet with our financial aid counselors to learn how college can be affordable.”

Buckler said that all of the four key steps to enrolling at SUNY Sullivan—completing the admission application, submitting a transcript, applying for financial aid, and registering for courses with an advisor—can be completed at Discover SUNY Sullivan Day. She added that it’s also an excellent opportunity for those who have already committed to attend but are unable to visit campus during the week. They can complete all of the necessary steps which will help prepare them for the Fall 2023 semester.
