Culinary Arts

The Catskill Hospitality Institute at SUNY Sullivan prepares students who are passionate about the service industries to become hospitality managers, culinary arts leaders and tourism experts. SUNY Sullivan’s Culinary Arts degree programs provide students with the culinary skills to excel as professionals in the food industry. Culinary Arts students also receive instruction on hospitality purchasing, cost control and human resources to round out their education – graduating with hands-on experience, managerial know-how and ServSafe and TIPS health & safety certifications.
