Join seasoned chef Michael Bel, Director of the Catskill Hospitality Institute at SUNY Sullivan, for a perfect night out. You’ll enjoy a hands-on farm-to-table cooking AND dining experience. All foods selected will be sourced locally from area farms to create a mouthwatering meal. During this three-hour event, you’ll learn new kitchen techniques and prep skills as well as how to select the best seasonal food items for each dish. To complete the evening, you’ll dine on your creation!
