The SUNY Sullivan Theater Arts Program is proud to present In the Heights, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda and book by Quiara Alegría Hudes. 

Directed by SUNY Sullivan Theater Program professors Jessica López-Barkl and Nick López, the Tony-award winning play is the Theater Arts Program’s musical offering for its 2022-2023 Sueñito/Little Dream Season. 

In the Heights will be performed December 2-4, Friday and Saturday at 8 pm and Sunday at 2 pm, in the Seelig Theatre on the SUNY Sullivan campus. All campus visitors who are not vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to wear masks indoors at all times. In the Heights Synopsis

In the vibrant New York City neighborhood of Washington Heights, bodega owner Usnavi and his friends dream, hope and work for a bright future. The production includes some mature content and themes.Other productions for the SUNY Sullivan Theater Program 2022–23 season include Casa Valentina by Harvey Fierstein and Twelfth Night by William Shakespeare.
