This fun-filled class mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a muscle-sculpting, core-centric interval workout, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging. Beginners are welcome and will appreciate building up to this great workout with your helpful trainer! Students will log into Zoom, via an email invitation from the instructor, and will receive instruction during a 45-minute session. Presented in collaboration with Sullivan 180.
