SUNY Sullivan is seeking to fill the position of Student Records/Application Specialist in the Liberty Partnerships Program. This position reports to the LPP Director. This position provides clerical support to the Director and staff. This is a part-time, grant-funded position. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for special events.
Must be bi-lingual, English to Spanish
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required, knowledge of Access preferred.
Previous office experience is desired.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general clerical assistance for the Director and program staff
Create and maintain student files
Enter information in the program database
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Completing forms – Purchase Requests, Travel, Office Supplies, Key Requests, Facility Reservation Forms and others
Taking minutes at meetings
Other tasks as needed
COVID-19 Vaccination is required.

$17.54 to $18.31 per hour depending on experience, for a maximum of 25 hours per week, depending on the needs of the department.
