What is ‘Academic Warning’?

Students who have a Career/Overall GPA of less than 2.0 are placed on Academic Warning. These students will attend a Student Success Workshop designed to support the student’s success, twice per week. In addition to attending the Student Success Workshops, students should also meet with their academic advisor regularly during the semester. Academic Warning students will not be registered for more than 16 credit hours in a semester.

*Please note that your transcript may not reflect the GPA below 2.0 due to special circumstances in the Spring 2020 semester but the notation ‘Academic Warning’ indicates that a student needs to participate in this program.
